After 25 years of doing business and service at a different Ford dealer.(Miracle Ford Gallatin) I needed more. One Saturday morning I wonderd over and met the nicest sales person Mr. Lonnie Fox. I sat down and talk to Mr. Fox and told him what I was looking for in a truck.He said I tell you what we are going to do today. We drove (5) trucks all day to get the different feel and what each truck had to offer. I've never had a sales person take so much time and interest in helping me find the right truck. He is one of the most knowledgeable and honest man I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I also give high marks to Tom Phillips, who sold me a truck previously. The men who get the vehicle ready for delivery deserve high praise. There was only a short delay on getting the SUV cleaned up, and they were given no advanced notice. One thing I noticed when the man brought Lonnie the key was that Lonnie went out of his way to thank the man. Good experience all the way around. More
