Started off with confusion/frustration, ended ABOVE & Beyond We had made an appointment to go see a used 2015 Honda Odyssey at Honda World in Louisville last Monday, and they said to come on down the van was rea We had made an appointment to go see a used 2015 Honda Odyssey at Honda World in Louisville last Monday, and they said to come on down the van was ready. We are from Cincinnati so we drove an hour and 30 min for this appointment. When we arrived, it took about 20 min for them to come back to us to say they lost the van!! How do you lose a van I am not sure.... if they sold it they didn't say they sold it.... still not sure what happened to it. BUT because of excellent customer service of Lollie and Lamonte, we were offered a BRAND NEW 2016 Honda Odyssey in whatever color (exterior and interior) we wanted at the same exact price we would have paid for the used one..... this was an amazing deal. $7000 off list price. Unfortunately it did take a little over a week to get the car in so we had to drive back home, and then back to Louisville again once it was ready, but it was worth it. And when we came back, Lollie already had everything completely organized - had already called our insurance, ran our credit, all paperwork ready to go so it didn't take as much time as it would have. The van is amazing and we are very happy! We would recommend this place. More

I just finishing leasing my new 2016 Honda Civic I have had the pleasure of working with amazing people during the past 15 years at Sam Swope Honda. I just finishing leasing my new 2016 Honda Civic and it could not have been a nicer experience from start to finish. I have leased both my 2013 and now my 2016 Civic and worked with Lollie Reiss both times. She is truly a delight to work with - so pleasant, patient and answers all of my questions and put me at ease. I have driven off the lot in my new car and would not do business with anyone but Sam Swope Honda. My delivery Brittany Goldberg was also wonderful to work with. She explained all of the various features of my new car, took her time with me and answered all of my many questions. I cannot say enough good things about Sam Swope Honda World. Everyone I have ever dealt with from your sales folks to your service folks - it has been a true pleasure. That is why after all of these years I keep coming back. Great service!! More

Car Care Package purchased I leased a 2012 Honda Accord from 2012-2015 and purchased the car care package (additional $15.00 per month) but never used it. My error yes, but I a I leased a 2012 Honda Accord from 2012-2015 and purchased the car care package (additional $15.00 per month) but never used it. My error yes, but I also had the VIP booklet which I thought was the car care package that I was paying for. As a first time customer as Sam Swope and a first time leased vehicle I just assumed the VIP booklet and coupons was what I was paying for and used those coupons through out the three year term. Only to find out, that I had never used my free services within the three years. My suggestion to your company is if they are going to push this additional package on the customers they should ask if they have the coverage before writing up a ticket and taking their money at the service counter. I would think this would be "Good Business" with your customers. Of course I am upset that I have three years of coupons for free services and over $400 invested in something that does not transfer to your next lease. That in and of itself it ridiculous since I paid it for it. Is there something that can be done about that? Thank you, Anita Stephens More
