Mr. Lloyd is definitely a man of integrity. He possesses the characteristics of a great salesman/manager. Although he was the manager, he made it personal. He actually introduced himself and we possesses the characteristics of a great salesman/manager. Although he was the manager, he made it personal. He actually introduced himself and welcomed me regardless of all of my uncertainties about purchasing a car. He was engaging, likeable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and truthful. He allowed me to gain a rapport, build trust, and make a decision based on what I wanted as well as what I could afford. I am impressed and I love my x328i. Ryan Thomas, the salesman never looked at his clock nor did Lloyd. Patience was so obvious . Being a woman, selecting a car is tough. Yet they explained every detail of the car and addressed all of my concerns. When I walked in to BMW , I wasn't sure about purchasing a car. However, after being treated like queen, I purchased my dream car. I will definitely refer my family and friends. Mr. Llyod stayed after hours to explain every detail of my car the day I was picking it up. He even suggested that I call if I had questions about the car. Thank you Mr. Lloyd for making my dream possible. You made it happen. You are indeed a man of integrity. More

First, I must say that my first BMW was purchased at Casey. The service was outstanding and the technicians knew the vehicles. Because of that I decided to buy the next BMW from them. Wayne, the sale Casey. The service was outstanding and the technicians knew the vehicles. Because of that I decided to buy the next BMW from them. Wayne, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and very friendly. He knew his product well and he likes what he sells. He made sure that everything worked well and that I knew the vehicle's features before I drove it home. Lloyd and Jimmy, the managers, checked with me each time I came by to make certain that I was happy with the car and knew all the features. Casey BMW gave me a fair trade in on the old BMW, a great price on the new one, and great service getting everything ready. If the service on my new 528i is as good as it was for my 328i, I will buy my next car from them. More
