I went there to get my car serviced and when I drove up to the glass doors they opened and I drove into the air condition service department where I was Greeted right away! My Service Advisor, Liz Rincon already had my loaner car waiting! She had my car taken care of in a timely manor and answered all concerns I had about my car! I even had them tint the windows on my C350 ?? They also have a MASSEUSE!! REALLY,, You can get a message while you wait! I am also impressed with the amount of Benz merchandise you can purchase there! I love my Benz and I'm always looking for something Benz! I will ALWAYS go to The Woodlands Mercedes Benz for all my service needs! Thank you Liz Rincon for taking care of me! MargoW More

FREE Pit Stop Inspection Had coupon from another dealership for a free pit stop inspection. I only have 5,000 miles on my new C300 so I thought I would see if Mercedes-Benz o Had coupon from another dealership for a free pit stop inspection. I only have 5,000 miles on my new C300 so I thought I would see if Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands would honor this, since this dealership is closer to my home. They not only honored it, but did the inspection immediately. They also did an incredible job in washing the car (I did not ask for this nor was it included in the coupon). Even vacuumed the trunk. Beautiful facility also. More

Premium Service The dealership provides excellent service, whether you want to wait for the car or they will get you into a loaner and out of the door in no time. All of the service personnel are knowledgeable and are proud of their dealership, they like to show you round. I particularly like the workshop are where the mechanics work on the cars, the floor is clean, the latest tools are available and the area is air conditioned which provides them with an excellent working environment.
