With my latest “MINI,” I had the pleasure of working with Sam. He went above and beyond finding me exactly what I wanted and his attention to every detail made the transition seamless. He was relentless in checking daily inventories and always responsive to my every email or phone call. He is extremely educated on the product he sells and a such pleasure to work with. A special thanks to Katie and Liz as well for all their efforts and accommodations in giving me the best price out there. They take the stress out of negotiating and literally make the financial aspect of the process stress free. There is no other dealership out there that can compete. If you’re in the market for a Mini Cooper, they are hands down the best at what they do in the Boston area and I would never consider going anywhere else. More

When I picked up my car, he helped me get everything set up and made sure I was comfortable with everything before sending me on my way. We felt like we were in good hands, and we really like the car too :-) I also had my first mini serviced here, and no matter who I worked with, I felt like I was covered. We also looked at the X1 and worked with Jing and Jano who were also very nice to work with. More

I got a great deal from David and Katie and they both bent over backwards to help me get the car. Moustafa took care, as usual, with the paperwork, and we ended up having a delightful conversation about the necessity of "rule of law." Now where else would you expect to find that in a car dealership?! Service at Herb Chambers Mini, meaning Matt and Mark, is always outstanding. My Minis have always run beautifully; usually the only thing that needs changing are the tires and the windshield wipers. I can't speak too highly about the friendliness of David and the whole staff. You won't be disappointed, especially if you cringe at the thought of having to deal with car people. I can vouch that these are *not* those kind of folks. More
