Incompetent Work The Bad - We had our 2008 Ford Edge in North Country Ford for fuel cell and air bag recalls. Upon receiving the vehicle back, there was a rattle under The Bad - We had our 2008 Ford Edge in North Country Ford for fuel cell and air bag recalls. Upon receiving the vehicle back, there was a rattle under the car. Turned out to be 2 loose bolts to a drive shaft support that was removed for the fuel cell work. We had another shop discover and correct that. We notified North Country Ford of their error. There was no reasonable attempt to follow-up from them and they never spoke with us. Incompetent technician work and non-existent customer service follow-up. The Good - After servicing the car, it appeared they had washed the exterior. Also, it was convenient to have received an email with the invoice and to be able to click on the invoice to pay remotely before picking up the vehicle. Al More

Trade in f150 for new f150 I went in to trade out my Ford F-150 for a new F- 150 and I was very particular on the functions that needed to be on my truck. Mason located one tha I went in to trade out my Ford F-150 for a new F- 150 and I was very particular on the functions that needed to be on my truck. Mason located one that met exactly what I needed and did a dealer swap and brought my new truck in for me. He kept me posted the whole way through the process and while working with his co workers, they all made it happen! I’m extremely satisfied and they all made it smooth. I will continue to buy from North Country Ford for sure. More

In every facet this dealership is fantastic. When I first stopped at North Country Ford I had Carrie as my salesperson. She is fantastic knows the cars and knew exactly what I wanted. She enjoys when I come in for a surface or just to look around she takes time just to say hi. Yes I've used your service department for my maintenance of my car. The staff is great to work with. They helped me in so many ways. And make my experience a good experience having my car serviced. As a side note I like the water and the popcorn. The financial personnel are very professional explain things up front and help me in every facet. When I had an accident with my car. The Ford Fusion Hybrid I was driving did everything that I could ask for. I had a bad accident on 94 the car was a total loss. But the car was designed to absorb the impact and I walked away with nothing wrong with me. When I got a new car from not your dealership. I learned the difference that your dealership does make. I bought the extended warranty and your financial people help me get the rest of my money back from the extended warranty. My overall review of this dealership is fantastic. I will definitely be buying a new car from North Country Ford and Carrie has my sales person. Keep up the good work. Diane Foster More
