they send you coupons for a certain price on oil changes, yes I read the fine print. advertised price is for $39.99 for semi-synthetic and 5 quarts. My truck takes more than 5 quarts. I paid $84. which included a $20 discount because I brought my coupon. So $40 for the extra quarts of oil. I think not. Then I drive south a few days later, love bugs like crazy, no washer fluid. Cashier was rude when cashing out and I inquired about coupon. Only a few good people there. Rest of them are rude as ever. More

No regular communication from service writer letting you know whether your part is in or not. Customer Service Manager didn't explain that if you drop off your car to be repaired it wont be until after the know whether your part is in or not. Customer Service Manager didn't explain that if you drop off your car to be repaired it wont be until after the ones people are waiting on even though I made an 8:30 am appointment. Then when I showed up to get my car because I could not wait as I needed it to get my wife to a doctors appointment, She tells me not ton talk to her like she is Satan... got new appointment for the following week, went in and was going to wait on it this time, was there 45 minutes all to find out the part they had for my car was damaged and could not make the repair with no idea as to when the new part will be in.. More

I had been that I could have the truck brought in on Tuesday and they might be able to do a diagnostic test sometime that week but they might not be able to repair until the next week. Had the truck towed in and got a call a few hours later that they know the problem and would have it ready either that day or the next. I was absolutely ecstatic to have it done so soon. More
