I can say going to Merchants this past Sunday the experience was just as it should be. From the introduction, to getting qualified, selecting a car and driving off the lot 2 hours later. All I can say is wow! I haven't bought a car in 12 years and the last purchase was nothing like this. Gotta great car, met some real people and I'm not sweating. Lol More

Painless to buy a vehicle My friend recommended Merchants because she found them online. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Taylor who has excellent customer service sk My friend recommended Merchants because she found them online. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Taylor who has excellent customer service skills and she directed me to Merchants sales representatives. I worked with Lisa Petrucelli and she has better customer service skills than L.L. Bean. She listened to my needs and my son's needs and then showed us vehicles that fit our needs. I never felt that I was treated rudely or poorly because I am a woman/single parent. After finding the right car for us, I worked with Merchants finance department which was painless. They were honest and friendly in finding the best payment plan for me. After working with the finance department Lisa took us over to meet the wonderful service department. It was clean and friendly with really long service hours. It was then time to depart with our new vehicle. When we drove away my son said,"Mom it feels like Lisa is part of our family she should come home with us." I highly recommend Lisa Petrucelli and the entire Merchant team for an flexible, kind and family like atmosphere if you are deciding to purchase a vehicle. More
