Mr. Pettway goes above and beyond to make sure you are beyond satisfied with your purchase. When the original vehicle I wanted sold he already had a contingency plan in place that I was happy with. His honesty and transparency in the process is refreshing. This was my first lease and I didn't know what to expect turning it in and his willingness to sit down with me and answer any and all questions I had made it an easy transition. He has even picked out both of my vehicles which says he knows his customer. Mr. Pettway is an asset to Feldman and you need more like him.
