I LOST TIME AND LOTS OF MONEY! I made reservation on line and spoke to rep. I was shuttled to mall and 1 1/2 hour later I received call call they had not started on car no because I made reservation on line and spoke to rep. I was shuttled to mall and 1 1/2 hour later I received call call they had not started on car no because no signature. I spoke to Robert and the work would be done.. Hours later I was asked about spark plugs for extra 600 plus more and air filter for 300 dollars more.. I opted for spark plugs ( i thought better for the car.. Work finally done at 3:30 and I spent 615.00 dollars more only after I asked for a discount. There happened to be a coupon for 75.00 dollars but nobody would help me with any of the discounts or said anything unless I said something. SO I paid double than what I had planned. Sorry and thank you would have been nice. Making the customer aware of specials would be good customer service. A bit disappointing. More

For 10 years, still the best dealership For 10 years I lease one car for myself and one for my wife. I have just leased a new GLC at the end of this month, December 2018. I visited the Volvo, Cadillac and Lexus dealerships in Princeton NJ but they are not even close with the bar set by Mercedes-Benz of Princeton dealership. So, ended up back at their store because their level of professionalism and respect is by far the best. And they make every transaction seem so easy that I could not go somewhere else. And this is my ninth car leased in 10 years More

Excellence in service I have been a customer for more than ten years and have found the superior service to be the reason I continue to turn to this dealership every time a I have been a customer for more than ten years and have found the superior service to be the reason I continue to turn to this dealership every time a new car is in order. The cars are , of course amazing, but having purchased other luxury brands in the past, I am hooked on the quality of service at Princeton Mercedes Benz. No detail is too small for the attention of the team there. The sales is handled by Tom Trovas, a consummate professional with an eye for the right steps tit takes to make a great deal. I always know that Linda Tague can solve any service issue I have with speed,expertise and humor. The dealership itself even stepped in when a particular model with low profile tires became an issue. I can’t say enough about the warmth and professionalism exhibited by Linda Tague, whom has kept me a customer almost on her own through terrific service . More

poor servive, and not knolageable service writers I just had my wifes 3013 c300 at this stealership, I had bought the wheel and tire insurance package hit a pothole and poped 2 tires. towed it in for I just had my wifes 3013 c300 at this stealership, I had bought the wheel and tire insurance package hit a pothole and poped 2 tires. towed it in for service and got a phone call from linda said it would be taken care of, get a second phone call and and said the tire is too low on tread depth (I know this isn't true the tire has less than 10k miles, I own a repair shop so I have a tread depth gauge, and pa inspection license) so I tell linda im on my way over. I get to the dealership and no linda, they make me wait 15min and out comes victor rivera, we go out to the shop and measure the tire wow 4/32nd left eaven across the tread and they tell me no its the sholder of the tire. So I tell them its not 3/32nds new on the side, then I ask them how would the tire wear like that if there is nothing wrong? we went back and forth for a while and I got so mad I had to leave, I will never ever go back to this dealership.
