Dep't, LIED to me and told me that a Vehicle I was inquiring about,--- had been sold that Day. He was trying to COVER UP for the MISTAKE made by my Sales Agent, Lena Bautista, who had quoted me a PRICE that was $1,000 MORE than what she had LISTED on HER Computer Screen ( which I saw when she had WALKED AWAY from her DESK) When I CORRECTED her she said "she would make it good and HONOR the LOWER Price ". But within a few minutes she went to speak to her Manager, who is Mr Utset. He came to her Desk and told me "the Car was already sold today." However, I did not believe him. AND,---when I checked last night and ALSO this morning-- It is STILL listed for their Dealership and ALSO at the Pembroke Pines Dealership. It is a NEWLY listed Car, with one accident,, but with ONLY 4300 Miles. I know this is NO MISTAKE on MY PART, because it matches the VIN Number that Lena had given me for this CAR. The Accident was a rear end Accident, which was listed on CarFax as MINOR. Whatever their Reason for LIEING is IRRELEVANT. . Based on this experience-- I would NEVER DEAL with these People AGAIN. Their CREDIBILITY and INTEGRITY are TOTALLY LACKING. People OFTEN talk about used Car Sales People in a very DISPARAGING way. Both Lena and Alfred LIVED up to that TERRIBLE REPUTATION Also, on my first visit to the Dealership, when I inquired about a Price on a DIFFERENT Car, Alfred Utset told me "if you are telling the truth about your excellent Credit Rating, I can give you a better Price." How's that for a "NICE" way of dealing!!! His statement indicated that--- he ASSUMED I was LIEING.-- Now I know why he assumed I was LIEING. Since he is a Total Liar, he assumes everyone else is a LIAR too. Be very CAREFUL with these People. They LIE and are totally UNTRUSTWORTHY!!

My experience with these TWO Representatives was sooooooooo UNSATISFACTORY, that I will NEVER set foot into this Dealership AGAIN. These two People are TOTAL Liars, who Lie with no sense of Conscience or Morality. I understand that Business involves trying to get the BEST Deal. However, the way these People CONSISTENTLY LIE, is totally DISHONORABLE!!

Brittany, There was NO Mix-Up, and there was NO Miscommunication. The "Dynamic Duo" of Lena and Alfred were TOTALLY DEVIOUS, and my Impression of their Untrustworthy behavior is based on their---- UNTRUSTWORTHY Behavior. I am sorry I invested one minute of my Time and Energy with these Sleezy People. After this Experience, I read some other Reviews of Lexus of North Miami,--- posted by other UNSATISFIED Customers. It appears that I am NOT the Only Customer who this Dealership has tried to VICTIMIZE. This Dynamic of consistently Misrepresenting the Facts seems to permeate the WHOLE Organization and has been manifested in their treatment of Other Customers. Lena and Albert seem to be one of several Employees of Lexus of North Miami who distort the TRUTH and "Play with People's Heads". I take STRONG exception to Ms. Stillwell's Statement that "We Run an Honest Business." She clearly needs a REALITY Check because Lena and Alfred did not behave with Honesty and Integrity in their dealings with ME.
