I'm not a big respond to survey guy, and I'm a relatively new Service customer, and so far Service is pretty good. Prices are not too exorbitant as dealers can be sometimes. Only issue that I'd mention for new Service customer, and so far Service is pretty good. Prices are not too exorbitant as dealers can be sometimes. Only issue that I'd mention for you here is that you guys offer a free wash with Service, but the wash rack is down a lot. Last couple times I brought the Denali in, no wash as the system was down, again. It almost seems like the team doesn't want to offer the wash. For me, its kind of what differentiates you guys from other Service providers. Recommend fix the wash rack, or the peeps that run it, and make that a key deliverable. It delights a customer like me. I have been having Crown Buick/GMC service my vehicles for the past eight years and have always found this agency has the best and friendliness employees, whether in sales or service. My previous service advisor unfortunately had to leave because of an illness. Yesterday. I was assigned a new service advisor named Lexi Sarang, Lexi had previously been employed by Crown and I was shocked to hear her call me by my last name since she didn't know I was going to be assigned to her. I asked her how she knew my name and she told me that she remembered me from when she worked there before. Lexi was very polite, courteous and helpful for what I needed done to my vehicle. Crown Buick/GMC is fortunate to have an outstanding employee like her. More
