I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday morning, so originally my plan was to drop my car off Tues. night for the early Weds. ap were excellent. That day, it turned out that I was in the area and dropped off my car earlier (around 1pm) on Tues. Jacquel Waller said they'd quite possibly be able to get it done before 6pm Tues. That is what ended up happening and I was able to get there by 6pm to pick up my car, which freed up my Wednesday! Thanks again, Jacquel and Service Team at Crown Buick/GMC! More

John Grundon assisted in setting up my service visit. I have over 100,000 miles on my 2017 GMC Truck and I try to make sure it's well taken care of. I came in for an oil change and a little while after I I have over 100,000 miles on my 2017 GMC Truck and I try to make sure it's well taken care of. I came in for an oil change and a little while after I arrived Mr Grundon advised me that my rear brakes and rotors needed addressing. I had the front done on a previous visit. I don't feel pressure when I come in for service just the choices laid out for me to decide on. I like this dealership and it's staff, I bought my truck here and my wife has purchased two cars and leased one from here. It's a great dealership. More
