Lack of concern for customer My wife and I waited for over an hour just to get the vehicle checked in. It wasn't until I went in to the office and complained that anyone paid att My wife and I waited for over an hour just to get the vehicle checked in. It wasn't until I went in to the office and complained that anyone paid attention. Then It still took them another 20s min. to get the car checked in. When the car was serviced, I was called at home to let me know the car needed a brake job. My wife was sitting in there waiting room but apparently one person doesn't take to the other so they called me at home. Here we have a new car with around four thousand miles on it and my wife is told there would be a charge. I had already made sure everything was under warranty. Again the right hand isn't talking to the left or someone is trying to cheat a lady waiting in the service dept. The entire experience makes me wonder if the work done in service is as bad as the people talking with the customer?? More

Always prompt, professional and friendly. They corrected the problem with my car and provided a solution for me to pay for the expensive repair that had to be done. Mario is SUPER! And so is Jacob. Great Facilities, Great Service I switched to Brandon Hyundai from Courtesy Hyundai because I live in Brandon and I am not disappointed. I had an oil change and the valet service which were both done without concern. I was under an impression that the car was going to have a complimentary cleaning inside and out. It doesn't appear either was done without concern. I was under an impression that the car was going to have a complimentary cleaning inside and out. It doesn't appear either was done, so I was a bit disappointed. When I use to take my Subaru and Lincoln in for service at their respective dealerships this was done free of charge. More
