Friendly group. I waited a while for my service however it was worth the wait. The sales department is wonderful! I used to be able to say the same for the service department. I am on my third Acura since 2017 and must say the service department since December 20 I used to be able to say the same for the service department. I brought my car in for routine maintenance. I had a brief list of items to be checked. But! She proclaimed there’s nothing that can be done about it. Also by GPS is not working. She claimed it’ I had a brief list of items to be checked. But! She proclaimed there’s nothing that can be done about it. Also by GPS is not working. She claimed it’s my iPhone’s software problem. It took them 2 hours to change the oil and kick the tires and battery. Other clients were walked to the waiting room. I was told to go “that way,” Everyone else had snacks and beverages. I didn’t want snacks but would have appreciated a drink of cold water. More
