It was a great experience from the test drive, to the financing, and to the ride home with my new car! Never before have I entered a car dealership where every salespe Recently, I purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox at World Volkswagen in Neptune, NJ. Never before have I entered a car dealership where every salesperson or employee I came in contact with was approachable and willing to assist. To name a few employees: there was Earl King who assisted in making sure I received the car I wanted (2013 Chevy Equinox). And Mark Mendez who was instrumental in finding the right bank that supplied an interest rate more pliable to my budget. Now, my experience with Mike Papa was very brief although quite pleasant. Lastly, but not least; there was Leonard Kolomyes, the salesman who sold me the Chevy Equinox. I liked Leonard. Why? He came across to me as genuine because he was not just for himself, but considered sincerely my financial budget. As I had briefly shared with him my financial situation. He was down to earth. He shared with me a little about his life and his future plans. He made me feel comfortable. Leonard directed me to the waiting room inside the car dealership where he invited me to help myself to coffee or tea or soda or bottled water and light refreshments. Moreover, Leonard was courteous with a sense of humor. My experience with him made me feel like we were old buddies shooting the breeze. Not like I was being attacked by a greedy salesman out to make a commission at my expense. To top it off, almost every text or call I made to Leonard or customer service with concerns shortly after purchasing the Equinox was returned. It is for all of these reasons and more I would absolutely recommend World Volkswagen in Neptune to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

No exaggeration, it was the best experience I've ever had!! Justin knew prior that I wanted a particular vehicle and had 2 models warming up for me before I even arrived. I was not anticipating on making a purchase yesterday but the phenomenal price, impeccable service and efficiency of the dealership made it impossible to pass up. Buying a car can be somewhat overwhelming and stressful, however Leonard and Justin made the process remarkably effortless and uncomplicated. I highly recommend World Volkswagen!!! More
