I had never experienced the purchase of a vehicle going so smoothly. Everyone in the department acknowledged my presence in such a friendly manner. Leon found the perfect make, model and color of Buick I had been searching for. Mike worked diligently on a Sunday to get the financing done. On Tuesday, papers were signed, Leon demonstrated every feature on the Enclave, and I drove away still amazed by my entire experience with Delray Buick GMC...while also enjoying country music on the SiriusXM stations Leon preset for me! More

Best place to purchase a vehicle I had the best experience here! I came in not sure if I wanted to get into a car payment. After hearing the miracle they worked I couldn't refuse! Timothy is a model salesman and would definitely recommend him to other friends and family members. I specifically like how he made sure that the car was well detailed and cleaned. When I told him that I was buying the car as surprise gift for my wonderful wife, he volunteer to help in making it happen by offering to deliver the car to our driveway. I am so happy in his recommendation for this 2011 Lacrosse because my wife loves it so much. I have no regret for selecting this car. So far, we have no complaint and the car is running great. I especially like how everyone in the dealer was supper nice. I ask one of the young lady at the front desk for the restroom, she could have just pointed it out to me, but instead she left her post and go around the corner and showed me the restroom. I thought that was extremely courteous of her. When I ask her why, she said she is not allowed to point and that it was her pleasure to help. I wish I remembered her name, she deserves to be recognized. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I know that buying a car can be a very tedious, time consuming and stressful process, but this particular experience was different. By the way here is a new catch phrase based on how I felt in the whole process "A luxury dealer selling luxurious cars with a touch of luxurious customer service".
