Unethical I repeatedly told both Leo and Jeff we didn't want Powertrain warranty.But, guess what was added when we went back to finance? Powertrain warranty, I I repeatedly told both Leo and Jeff we didn't want Powertrain warranty.But, guess what was added when we went back to finance? Powertrain warranty, I said something about it. Got home reviewed the paperwork and they sold the car for $1000 more than I had agreed. I've tried contacting them today, no one has returned my call. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. I will continue to contact the owner ( no one member of management has urgency to handle this quicker) until we get something resolved. More

Best car buying experience I’ve had! I purchased a 2018 Kia Forte from here 4 days ago and my experience couldn’t have been any better. My and my fiancé’s credit is less than average and I purchased a 2018 Kia Forte from here 4 days ago and my experience couldn’t have been any better. My and my fiancé’s credit is less than average and we were nervous about getting approved. Leo Henry was our salesman and he went above and beyond to calm our nerves, make us feel cared for, and did everything he could to get us in a car. We were in and out in 2 hours and I couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Leo was amazing and we will absolutely be buying more vehicles from him in the future! More

Very good Went to dealership last fall to check out Sorento but I was not ready to purchase. Leo took me out and showed me everything about the car then. I returned the other day and was ready to make a purchase. I new the car was not there but Leo and his manager found it and made me a good offer. I picked it up yesterday and Leo spent over an hour going over all the features and systems. I love the car and satisfied with all they did with me. More

Day well spent This is the second Kia Soul we have bought from Leo. We told Leo what we wanted in advance on our new soul, Leo knew his inventory. When we arrived a little small talk not to little not to much, Leo knew we were there to see if Riverchase Kia had what we wanted, not a family reunion. Leo was very informed in his inventory and excused himself and a few minutes came back with the Soul he thought we may like. It was, had all the new extras we had asked for and more. This was the car we wanted, Leo was very helpful in the financing and we were driving away with time to do other business in Birmingham, as we live about 50 miles away.We will make the trip when we want another car and buy from Leo Henry. More
