Offlease wanted to see $$$ in my bank account on my phone before they would accept a check... and I went 3 times to Toyota to buy a car after being a loyal customer for 10 years ...I felt this time that there was no service left and my loyalty n money was not valuable to them anymore. I stopped at Daytona Hyundai, and Regina Nicotra was so helpful, from start to end. She made the process so smooth and I felt like her help was more of a personal hep than someone trying to achieve number for themselves. She was extremely helpful and kind. Leo was the guy that finally got me to the number I was looking to spend. He made it work, how I'm not sure but he was genuine and you were right, it's good that offlease and my loyal toyota treated me the way they did, may be we needed the push to look for something new...Changes arent always a bad thing are they...Bought a car within budget, more warranty and better features..... couldn't make it anymore better than this. Chris has sold us all our cars and we consider him a friend. He went out of his way to establish a close relationship with us the first time we came in and works hard to maintain it. He also worked tirelessly to get us the deal we wanted on each of our cars. He is a wonderful person from whom we feel very comfortable buying a car. He's honest and cares about his customers, and we refer people to him all the time. Leo is a facilitator, and a great guy to talk to. Let him know what you need and he finds a way to get it done. He is in charge of a great staff and they take their cue from him. We have simply been in the area and stopped into the dealership just to visit with Leo and Chris, that's how much we like them! I've been buying cars for 40 years and have never enjoyed an experience like this before. We are very loyal people and we are loyal to these people and dealership.
