I have to tell you how extremely impressed I was with your dealership from the moment we walked into the used cars section & met Dan, Tom & Leo they were so graceful & helpful never met such wonderful pe your dealership from the moment we walked into the used cars section & met Dan, Tom & Leo they were so graceful & helpful never met such wonderful people in a car dealership then, the piece de resistance was meeting the financial manager Mike Kettler who hit the ground running to get us our financing. Unfortunately we purchased a car with the best warranty pre certified with 176 point inspection. It broke down. we couldn’t get anyone at the dealership to help. the Guarantee was 365 days a year. 7 days pre certified with 176 point inspection. It broke down. we couldn’t get anyone at the dealership to help. the Guarantee was 365 days a year. 7 days a week 24 hours. That’s what was sold and that is not what I received. I do not recommend this dealership. The service has not been good after the purchase which is the last thing you want as a customer that made a purchase. More
