My experience with Denny Guest's South Oak was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. The individuals at this dealership epitomize everything that gives car dealerships a bad name. They blatantly lied to me about the pricing of the vehicle, and when confronted, their response was rude and inconsiderate. To make matters worse, they carelessly drew up financing paperwork with incorrect numbers, which I only caught through meticulous review. I strongly urge potential customers to thoroughly check every detail before proceeding with any purchase from them. When I pointed out a simple math error, I was met with laughter instead of a professional response. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable. In conclusion, my interaction with Denny Guest's South Oak has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and disillusioned. If it were possible, I would give them a negative star rating. Proceed with extreme caution and be prepared for misleading practices and poor customer service if you choose to engage with them. More

Both previous purchases had me regretting having to go through this whole process again.
