Exchanging leased vehicle Daniel Kim was the first to help us out when we initially where interested in uograding to a larger vehicle. He wqs very friendly not pushy at all and was well informed on all vehicles. We returned and ended up being helped by Robert and just as with Daniel he treated us with the best customer service! Lennie helped give us a good deal and Donna was very helpful and knowledgeable about add ons that would benefit me. Over all eonderful experiece. My first experience with honda was at the old location and it was not a positive one at all. I am glad this new location has all these people that know how to treat a customer. I will most definitely be recommending! More

They Honored Their Word Like all dealerships, they offered me a much lower price via email than in person, but we negotiated, and I think I got a good deal. Probably not the cheapest they've sold that car for, but from what I've read on TrueCar and Consumer Reports, I got a fair value for my money. Tim was really cool and great to talk with. The GM, Lennie Roman, was very nice. The key for me was that they promised me a couple small things like cargo hooks in the trunk, wheel locks, and splash guards, but I forgot to get all but the hooks in writing. When I brought the car home at night, I realized I didn't have any of those promised items, not to mention the car was not properly washed and detailed. Luckily, Tim gave me his cell and let me text him if there were any problems. I did so, and he was super helpful. I brought the car back and got everything that was promised to me, and Lennie even through in a trunk mat. I was highly impressed that they kept their word, and I hope they know that goes a long way. Instead of things getting ugly, things ended with handshakes and some thank you beers. That's the way you do business. More

Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Omar, Bert, Lennie, and Magdy were awesome! I was in and out of the dealership with a Honda Civic lease in just about two hours. Wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. From the moment we got out of our car until we left the dealership we got a feeling the staff was genuinely interested in helping us find a car that w From the moment we got out of our car until we left the dealership we got a feeling the staff was genuinely interested in helping us find a car that we really liked. No words to thank John Gamboa who went out of his way to give us the opportunity to test drive difference vehicles, explain all the features as well as answer the multiple questions we had. We really appreciate his patience. The finance team was also very patient while explaining our options that helped us make an informed decision. Overall, a very pleasant experience from the start to the end. Since we are not able to see John Gamboa's name in the list of sales staff, we want to make sure we rate his service at a Gold Five Star level. More
