Car buying experience was very good. Worked with me to turn in my lease and purchase a new Rav 4. Lem made the process simple and kept in touch while we made our decision. Only complaint was the lack of turn in my lease and purchase a new Rav 4. Lem made the process simple and kept in touch while we made our decision. Only complaint was the lack of responsiveness post sale regarding an extended warranty. The gentleman who did all the sale paperwork gave me 24 hours to consider it, but never responded to calls or emails. We were considering it but he never called me back. More
