I came here for my first car purchase. I’m a young adult so this was the first time I made such a large financial commitment to something. After having a bad experience elsewhere I came in expecting the wor so this was the first time I made such a large financial commitment to something. After having a bad experience elsewhere I came in expecting the worst. I visit three times to finalize my car purchase and every time the salesmen were attentive and showed that they understood that I was nervous to make this commitment. After a few days I came in to finalize things with finance and the first thing I saw was my new car with a congratulations sign next to it. The little detail and their acknowledgement of my nervousness went a long way with me and I plan on referring any friends and family to Jackie Cooper when they are in the market for a car. More
