This is the 2nd car we have bought from Elk Grove Toyota within 8 years! During the pandemic, the electronic chips are in short and people find it is hard to buy a new car. Brian is friendly and experienced! He acted professionally to search though the computer inventory and found one in transit. Brian help us to secure the car and we did the purchase just within 2 weeks including the transit of the vehicle and all the paper work. In the meantime, we were well informed where the car was and informed to come down to the dealership to finish the purchase papers timely. Another great guy there is Lee Saeteune who help us to get through every step of the finance related matters. He is a pro with explanation of everything we may be interested.
