Once I arrived, we looked at the car to confirm it was what I wanted, he accepted the price that I was willing to pay, and we did the paperwork. I should add, also, that the paperwork was quick and easy because I had pre-filled out the information through elk grove Toyota's website. A few minutes later, I was in the finance department, 20 minutes later I was driving away. Less than 90 minutes from arrival to departure in my new 2015 Prius! People complain about dealerships and car salesmen, but I had a great, easy experience and would highly recommend Elk Grove Toyota. More

Since me and my wife are busy at work and kids, and we don't want to deal with a lot of phone calls with dealer, so we decided to contact dealers via emails only. Most dealers wanted phone number for getting a quote, or I had to send repeated emails to get a quote over the email. However, Mr. Coffelt just sent us a quote in his first reply to our inquiry, and yet it was cheapest as well compared all other dealers. He answered all of our questions in timely manner, and we just paid the same amount as he quoted over the email. Indeed, the staffs at Elk Grove Toyota are quite well organized. I did wasted any of my valuable time, and while process took less than 45~ 50 minutes. Lee Saeteune was the finance person, and he was also very professional. I got my loan from credit union, and he processed all the steps very cleanly. He was not that pushing me to buy extra options nor warranty when I said I did not needed. I drove 2 hours from San Jose, but it was definitely worth it, and Mr Coffelt and Elk Grove Toyota are highly recommended. More

Great response from Internet inquiry I did all my shopping on the Internet via Toyota website and by email. I contacted all Toyota dealers in the Sacramento area within 50 miles. I already knew the options and features i wanted and was willing to wait for the right vehicle. Only two dealers responded quickly and direct to the point with pricing. Elk Grove was one of them. Jeremy Coffelt was the guy. He determined that their dealership had an incoming car from Japan that closely matched our needs. It just needed two options to be added. By having these options added at the port of entry, they are considered as factory installed options, which is lower cost than being installed at the dealership. There was no pressure from Jeremy. We waited 3 weeks and received our new car this weekend. Finance manager was also courteous and didn't play games. I am in the sales business, so I know all the tricks in this business. thumbs up. More

(Some things on a vehicle, you can't control what might be installed, like 2 different brand of tires) but the ones I wanted were on the truck. While waiting for my ordered vehicle, I visited the dealership quite a few times. I might have been bothering them too much because I was excited about getting the Tacoma as soon as I could. Bill kept me informed when any news that came in. I asked every question imaginable so I could get the right truck. Again, the staff who I was involved with, Bill, Lee (finance) and Yousef (associate) were excellent. I definitely recommend this dealership. More
