Malik’s cool calm personality made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire process. I walked in and told him what vehicle I wanted and he made sure I drove off in it. Never not once did he s comfortable throughout the entire process. I walked in and told him what vehicle I wanted and he made sure I drove off in it. Two weeks after purchasing my vehicle I noticed that the brakes and rotors needed to be changed, I Arrived at the shop about 10:15 they open at 10. They were accommodating about resolving the issue but made brakes and rotors needed to be changed, I Arrived at the shop about 10:15 they open at 10. They were accommodating about resolving the issue but made it seem like they were doing me a favor after purchasing a $32,000 car. After about waiting two hours I periodically checked in with different members of the team, no one could give me an update on how much longer I need to wait. Five hours later I got extremely upset that no one came to check in to tell me how much longer it would be, for the repairs. It was very unprofessional! If things were properly communicate it I could’ve dropped the car off left and came back, multiple employees were working at the time no one was really busy and no one could give me an update on how much longer I will have to wait. I waited a total of seven hours to get brakes and rotors repaired. It was also other issues going on with the car, I voice my opinion to the Manager he was supposed to follow up with me within 2 to 3 business days I still have not heard anything back. It has now been over a week. More
