TERRIBLE! Big John and his sales manager wouldn’t let me purchase a vehicle because I wouldn’t use their financing or take their optional protection plan. I can’t believe a company can be so unprofessional and rude. Will be calling someone over this situation. How do you deny me a car when I have my money ready and because I declined an optional protection plan? They were mad that I knew my rights and they couldn’t trick me. Terrible. More

we were looking for a new hyundai tuscon, but was not able to find one to test drive, but Webb had an SEL that was perfect and the extras included were great. In addition, we got top dollar on our trade, able to find one to test drive, but Webb had an SEL that was perfect and the extras included were great. This was the WORST experience leasing a car I have ever had. I dealt with Laurie more than my sales person. I live over 3 hours from this dealer and only drove this far because of the vehicle shortage an had. I dealt with Laurie more than my sales person. I live over 3 hours from this dealer and only drove this far because of the vehicle shortage and Webb was the only place that had the car I wanted to lease. Prior to my arrival we had texted back and forth for a few days getting our FINAL numbers in order. Once we had a "deal" I put a $1k deposit down and made an appointment to finish my paperwork. Upon arrival at the dealer they of course went back on the deal we had made via text. This was all thanks to Laurie. Laurie will tell you that they came up to "my number" but what she won't tell you is that what she really did was tack on that +/- $2k back into my lease/final payoff. She signed me up for service programs I did not want, nor was I told there was a fee for them. I am still working with Hyundai to get the fees removed. Also part of my deal was to purchase GAP insurance, which I wanted and the dealer told me would be part of the deal, however they cannot provide proof of that coverage now. Buyer be ware! I would never do business her again. More

Mr. Hernandez was friendly and professional. He knew the car line and explained all the operations of the vehicle. He is polite, and knowledgeable. The overall experience was pleasant.
