(call the dealership, tell them the model you are interested in seeing, ask if they have it available after reviewing their web page, get it all set and agreed upon) I arrive, 2.30p just as I promised. Sales person was busy. Sent me to a WONDERFUL associate named Clara, she was great - but not what I wanted or arranged - someone with knowledge. Well they were busy, so I waited and waited. 2.30p became 3.10p, still waiting. Walked around their lot, still waiting. Clara was trying - nothing. So I decided to leave. Clara said, wait I want to speak with the General Sales Manager. Clara walks into Lauras' office, shares that I am leaving. What does Laura do? NOTHING!! Laura sits at her desk, rather than walk the 30 feet out to see me, potentially attribute it to "just one of those days . . . " Not even that, just sits there chatting with another person who is seated in her office. When you go to purchase a car, if you have any logic at all . . . you just want is a civil experience. Decent people who treat you with modest decency. Clara Williamson, yes - decent. Mark Burnett, no. Luaren Waldrop, no. At 3.25p after nearly an hour on the property, I am leaving the Audi of Princeton dealership, NEVER to return. This will be posted here, onto Google Reviews and onto the Audi of America web page. This Is What Every Car Dealership Should Be Like Having leased or purchased many vehicles over the years, I have seen both poor and good dealerships and sales people. Audi of Princeton is excellent! Having leased or purchased many vehicles over the years, I have seen both poor and good dealerships and sales people. Audi of Princeton is excellent! I leased a 2018 Q5 (my 3rd Audi). The sales and management staff were extremely courteous and accommodating. They worked hard to find me the vehicle I wanted and did everything they reasonably could to put together a total financial package that made sense to me. The whole experience - from initial inquiry to taking delivery - demonstrated what buying/leasing a luxury vehicle should be like. I would not hesitate to recommend my sales person (Jonathan Magowan) to anyone who is looking for an Audi product. More

We told Lauri we were there for a test drive only. Everyone was friendly and funny too, we still don’t know what happened but two hours later we drove away in a brand new Q5, and we’ve never looked back. Best car buying purchase experience. Ever! Also important to note that my wife was very impressed with Lauren the GM and the fact there were so many savvy women employed there! More

Gregory was my salesman and the low pressure, straight forward technique was just what I was looking for. They moved quickly to find me the best price for the Audi I was looking for and at a price that I felt comfortable with. I am a repeat buyer and I know in a few years I will be back for the same buying experience. Thank you very much Princeton Audi. More

Beware of the Survey I leased a new 2017 Audi and when I went to pick up my plates I was confronted with the disgruntled salesperson who sold me the car. This was very sur I leased a new 2017 Audi and when I went to pick up my plates I was confronted with the disgruntled salesperson who sold me the car. This was very surprising as when I was buying the car he/she was a pure pleasure to work with, being both very informative and helpful while not applying unwanted or unnecessary pressure. It seems the review I gave on the email survey I was sent wasn't all 10's and it adversely affected their compensation and their standing amongst their colleagues (it was like an 8.5 out of 10!) When I confronted about the "negative" review I was absolutely dumbfounded and asked more than once if they were serious. I was given a total guilt trip and was made to feel as if I was taking food out of their kids mouths because my "negative" review negatively affected his/her pay and may cause him/her to be fired. The reason for the 8.5 total review rather than the all 10s they wanted was because I waited more than 20 min before I was asked if I needed help and the lease ppwk took way too much time. But nothing against the salesperson, at least until I went to go pick up my plates. They could have joyfully completed the sale and moved on, but they didn't. The management could take these surveys, which customers don't really take seriously, and use them to enhance the customer experience and not use them punitively if they don't get a perfect 10. Where I live I can easily drive 10 min south or 10 min north and be at an Audi dealer. Needless to say I won't be going back to this dealer and will go the 10 min in the opposite direction so I don't have to deal with the nonsense again. (Please note I was rather ambiguous on the salesperson and put all the blame on management for this failure as it seems to be a issue with the culture within the dealership). This was my first Audi purchase, I love the car, but this dealership made the last memory of the buying experience terrible. More
