I was really interested in a Mini. Went to dealership and walked around for 25 minutes. No one said anything to me. No one else was in showroom. I finally walked to Mary Smith's office and asked for a manage walked around for 25 minutes. No one said anything to me. No one else was in showroom. I finally walked to Mary Smith's office and asked for a manager. She told me she was and was there a problem. Yes I said. Are you interested in taking care of a potential new customer. She went and located Lauren to handle my questions and take me on a test drive. Very knowledgeable sales person. Nice ride. Probably would have needed to order a new one for me. I was willing to wait. Came back 5 days later with my wife and my trade. Lauren took my wife for a ride. My wife was impressed. Suggested they look to possibly locate one close to my needs. She said she would on Monday (it was Saturday) and the showroom again was empty of potential customers. I said did they want to look at my trade in since I had it with me. Lauren said no, not until I was ready to place an order. Well, it WAS my 2nd visit. My wife was with me a liked the car too. But Lauren appeared not to be ready to "sell" me a car nor look for one for me. On Monday she never called with what was in inventory, if any. On Tuesday I called for Lauren only to be told she was on her day off. I later spoke with another sales person and suggested that someone needed to get back to me by 2PM and this is what I was thinking about as far as a discount and trade in value. No one called me back. Later, after 2PM I again called and spoke to the other salesperson and he was surprised that no one called me. I agreed to show up the next day with my trade again. But the next morning before I left my house Lauren called to tell me that they were no where near the amount I was looking for my trade in (which they never looked at) and no where near the discount I was asking for. In fact since the day before when I spoke in the afternoon with the other sales person and told him what another car dealer was offering me for my trade he suggested I "sell the car to that dealer and bring the money to the table." So I was ready to buy, they were not ready to consider any form of deal. Almost like the expression, "You don't want to buy a car do you!" (statement, not a question) Be prepared to pay list price and a low trade if you go. More

The process of buying a new vehicle is, for me anyway, a slow and torturous one, filled with some shady salespeople and then some good ones too. Lauren Leabman, my Motoring Advisor at MINI of Allentown, fa slow and torturous one, filled with some shady salespeople and then some good ones too. Lauren Leabman, my Motoring Advisor at MINI of Allentown, falls into a third category which is exceptional! Lauren was super friendly and very enthusiastic! You can tell she loves her job. Lauren was never pushy she just let me be wowed by this superb vehicle ( a MINI hardtop S ). We discussed the available stock and I decided to custom order my vehicle, not a problem! Lauren guided me through this process and kept in touch as my car was being assembled, through ocean transport and up to dealer delivery. Lauren was always available to answer questions and help me in any way possible, even after the sale! Price negotiations went very smoothly and I felt that I got a good deal. When it came time to pony up the dough, Elyse Greim, MINI's Finance Coordinator, was wonderful to work with! She shares Lauren's enthusiasm and made the whole transaction, well gosh darn it, FUN!! I must also mention Rob Migliaccio, MINI's Service Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was in tip top shape! Even though I live 70 miles from this dealership, NO ONE will ever touch this car except for Rob and his crew! Overall, 11's for everyone, they were all outstanding to work with!!! Staff was friendly, informative, and responded quickly to all my questions. My MINI Cooper Hardtop was a custom order and the car was delivered in advance of the originally estimated delivery date. Financing was handled seamlessly through MINI Financing and I received a very competitive interest rate. The vehicle was delivered in beautiful condition and features were explained thoroughly in a friendly, unhurried manner. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the Lehigh Valley area interested in purchasing a new or used MINI. More

From the first e-mail communication with Lauren, she was very professional, responded quickly, accommodating and just very pleasant. I would have to say Lauren is VERY knowledgeable has a GREAT personality and I just LOVED working with her. The finance rep, Alyse...OMG she also was very friendly, knowledgeable and was just amazing to work with, she worked with Lauren to know exactly what I was looking for in a payment and met it very quickly and painlessly! Both of these ladies expressed so much passion for MINI, their jobs and their customer service! I will definitely brag about my dealings with them as much as I plan on bragging about my new 2012 MINI that I just LOVE!!!!! More

Funny thing happened. I was looking at used clubmans and stopped at the dealer on a whim. I quickly saw that used prices were such that it was smarter to go new. Met with Lauren. Both my wife and I were so impressed with her complete knowledge and real love for her product. Se was so sincere. Over a week I bombarded her with emails and phone calls of questions. She was always glad to answer. When I picked up the car she went over every detail; even setting up my blue tooth when I was dooming paperwork. None is the one to see for sure. More

Mini of Allentown is top notch. Lauren Leabman is a very knowledgeable salesperson with a vast knowledge of the MINI car line. She knows who the customer is. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I felt that my deal was very fair, and that my trade in value given to me was also reasonable. There was no "Hard Sell" whatsoever. I will do business with this dealership again, and refer them to friends and family. Lauren won the praises of some close friends of ours who also bought from her. I looked for her when I first entered the dealership, and told her I was referred. I am glad I did!! The service manager Rob Migliaccio also made a point to come over to me, introduce himself, and asked if I had any questions about the car early in the buying process. He was also very knowledgeable and could answer all of my warrantee and service related questions. I feel that if you buy a car from a dealership, your happiness moving forward after the sale will only exist if your service is done right. I am a car guy, and I felt that Rob cared about his "returning cars" and their owners happiness as well. More

I'm in NEPA and had the choice of going with Mini of Morristown, NJ or Mini of Allentown, PA and Lauren Leabman made it an easy choice. She not only has great energy, but she really wants to give her customers a great experience. She is very knowledgeable about the MINI line and they were able to give me a great price, options and all (when it's financed at 1.9% you can't not go with the leather seats!)! When there was possibly an issue with my satellite radio upon pickup, the service dept. offered to pick up the car and return it same day so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced (120 miles roundtrip). Haven't had to go that route but nice to know they would do that for their customers. Awesome experience and love my Countryman!!! More
