If you are planning on getting a car, ask for Giovanni. Giovanni made sure the process was as smooth and quick as possible. Highly recommend this dealership if you are in need of a reliable pre-owned/used/new. Gio was nice enough to give me 15-20 minutes of his time to teach me manual as I drive off the lot with the BRZ I purchased from here. I had a great experience here. Back in 2012, I bought a certified, pre-owned 2010 Highlander from DCH Brunswick. The SUV served me well (got it up to 148,000 miles and it never saw a mechanic's shop). I decided that it was time t Highlander from DCH Brunswick. The SUV served me well (got it up to 148,000 miles and it never saw a mechanic's shop). I decided that it was time to replace it, this time with a new 2021 Highlander Platinum. I contacted multiple Toyota dealers around central and northern NJ. Only two dealers were willing to discuss price via email, all of the others insisted that I visit their dealership and sit with a salesman. Since I previously had a positive experience at DCH Brunswick and their current General Manager Lisa was very quick to respond via email and offered a very competitive price on the Highlander that I wanted, they earned my business. Lisa set me up the following day with her assistant, Julyssa. Prior to receiving a single penny from me or a signature on any documents, they had the vehicle that I wanted prepped and ready for me to view in their garage and test drive. The SUV was MINT. They did a great job detailing it and prepping it to show. After spending time in the vehicle and Julyssa explaining some of the multimedia tech features that I was unfamiliar with, we proceeded inside to work out the details of my trade-in (we quickly reached a number that was satisfactory to both parties) and I began signing papers for the new SUV. Since Lisa and I previously worked out the purchase price via email, the entire process was very smooth and cordial. Julyssa and I reviewed the sales agreement in detail until I was satisfied with the way the numbers were lined up. Once that process was completed, I met with Ryan K. from the finance department who assisted me with the financing agreement- again a very smooth and quick process (on the way to his office, I spotted a new Supra in another part of the building. We took a quick detour and he spent time allowing me to drool over the three Supras that they had lined up. I tried to negotiate a Buy One Get One Free deal, but he wouldn't budge). My entire visit lasted under 1.5 hours. Having Lisa set everything up for my arrival, having the price negotiated ahead of time, and having a dealership that is on top of their game- made the entire buying experience a breeze. I highly recommend giving DCH Brunswick Toyota the opportunity to earn your business. They have now treated my very well two times and I am talking them up to my friends and family. More

Highly unprofessional and a waste of time DCH Brunswick staff is highly unprofessional and have no consideration for customers. Don't ever work with their Internet sales staff in particular Larry Hart. Entire staff at DCH has a feel of arrogance in their faces and reflects in their communication. Yesterday I went to DCH after scheduling a time with their sales manager Anthony Lidondici. I was coming from 75 miles away. After reaching reception and talking to Anthony, he quickly set me aside and said someone will talk to me. I was then set aside, waited for 30 minutes, but no one showed up. And I walked out, without being noticed. Finally sent my note to Anthony for his unprofessional-ism. This was a similar experience I had with their internet staff. You as a customer felt like dirt, they have no customer skills. More

WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO....BEWARE....SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BY ALL MEANS....WE GOT AN INTERNET QUOTE ON A 2016 TOYOTA TACOMA LIMITED....I HAD IT IN WRITING...I DID A KBB TRADE QUO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BY ALL MEANS....WE GOT AN INTERNET QUOTE ON A 2016 TOYOTA TACOMA LIMITED....I HAD IT IN WRITING...I DID A KBB TRADE QUOTE ON LINE AS THE SALESMAN TOLD ME TO....HE TOLD ME THEY WOULD GIVE THE KBB PRICE FOR OUR TRADE WHICH WAS A 2015 JEEP CHEROKEE TRAILHAWK....PURCHASED NEW WITH A STICKER PRICE OF $42,000.00....THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD ONLY GIVE $24,000.00 FOR THE TRADE....KBB WAS BETWEEN $27,000.00 -$29,000.00.....THE JEEP IS IMMACULATE....THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO DISCOUNT THE TACOMA $3,000.00....IT HAD A STICKER PRICE OF $41,000.00....WE DROVE ALMOST 2 HOURS TO GET THERE....WE WERE DEFINITELY LEAVING WITH THIS TACOMA WITH ALL THE INFO THEY AGREED TO OVER THE INTERNET & PHONE....SO, LONG STORY SHORT, THEY HAD US THERE 4 HOURS & NO DEAL....THEY GAVE US A PRICE OF ABOUT 3K-4K LOWER THAN KBB.....THEY OFFERED $24,000.00....I FINALLY GOT THEM TO GIVE US $25,000.00 FOR IT....THE SALESMAN WE WERE WORKING WITH, HIS NAME WAS STANHOPE.....HE TOLD US WHEN WE CAME IN THAT HE WAS A MANAGER & HE WOULD BE DOING OUR DEAL....COME TO FIND OUT AFTER WE LEFT HE WAS JUST A CLIENT ADVISOR....NO MANAGER.....HE LIED TO US THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE VISIT.......SO, WHEN HE BROUGHT US THE DEAL....HE WAS HOPING WE DIDNT CATCH IT BUT HE HAD ON THE PAPERWORK, $2,100.00 FOR ACCESSORIES???? WE DID NOT CATCH IT RIGHT AWAY BUT THEN WE DID....HE WAS SPEECHLESS WHEN WE CALLED HIM ON IT.....THERE WERE NO ACCESSORIES ON THE TRUCK....SO, HE REALLY DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO SAY...HE WAS TRYING TO SAY, OH IT IS GAP INSURANCE & SO FORTH....WE NEVER PURCHASE GAP INSURANCE ANYWAY....BY THE WAY, WE BOUGHT ABOUT 40 PLUS BRAND NEW CARS IN OUR LIFE....SO WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE DEALING WITH AT DEALERSHIPS....HE PROBABLY LOOKED AT US AS A COUPLE OF STUPID BROADS....THEN HE TACKED ON A $400.00 DOC FEE THAT HE TOLD US FROM THE BEGINNING HE WOULD SPLIT THAT WITH US BECAUSE I QUESTIONED HIM ON IT RIGHT AWAY....WE ARE FROM PA & PA ONLY CHARGES $129.00 DOC FEE....JERSEY HAS NO CAP, SO THAT IS A WAY THEY GET SOME OF THEIR MONEY BACK THAT THEY DISCOUNT ON THE NEW CAR...THEN HE TACKED ON A DMV FEE OF $250.00.....PA ONLY CHARGES $36.00....SO, HE TRIED TO RIP US OFF ALL OF THE MONEY HE DISCOUNTED THE TACOMA....HE REALLY DID NOT THINK WE WOULD CATCH THAT...HE WAS SO SURPRISED WHEN WE DID AND ASKED HIM WHAT WAS UP WITH THE EXTRA CHARGES...THAT WAS AN EXTRA $3,000.00....WE HAVE BEEN TO ALOT OF DEALERS IN OUR LIFETIME....NEVER QUITE VISITED ONE LIKE THIS....WHEN WE TURNED OUR BACK TO THE DEAL...HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO SAY BECAUSE HE WAS SO EMBARRASSED HE GOT CAUGHT BEFORE WE SIGNED THE DEAL...ESPECIALLY BY 2 DUMB BROADS THAT HE THOUGHT DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING....SURPRISE!!!!!!!...WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH CARS...THERE IS NO FOOLING US...WE HAVE HAD....CORVETTE AFTER CORVETTE, HUMMERS, NISSAN 350Z, CONVERTIBLE AFTER CONVERTIBLE, SPORTS CAR AFTER SPORTS CAR AND THIS CLOWN TRIES TO RIP US OFF ON A TOYOTA TACOMA.....IF YOU DO DEAL WITH THESE CLOWNS....WATCH YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR JOHN HANCOCK....GOOD LUCK TO ALL YOU CAR BUYERS THAT SHOP HERE.....THESE PEOPLE WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU , SO IF YOU GO THERE, PAY ATTENTION....AFTER WE GOT HOME, WE CALLED GENERAL MANAGER TWICE....(CLIFTON)....HE NEVER BOTHERED TO RETURN OUR CALLS TO TRY TO SMOOTH THINGS OVER....NEVER AGAIN More
