My family will like to give the Union County Kia Team A BIG SHOUT OUT for taking such great care of my family! They were all professional and inviting from beginning to end. Larry Goode (sales) went above BIG SHOUT OUT for taking such great care of my family! They were all professional and inviting from beginning to end. Larry Goode (sales) went above and beyond to assure we received the best deal and happy with our experience and purchase. He was great with our two kids aswell! The financial manager, Brandon Patterson was easy going, informative, quick and not pushy. Last and absolutely not least, Michael Reed (head honcho)...made sure we were all taken care from beginning to end. He took the time to make sure we were happy with everything multiple times throughout the process, congratulating us and the last one to send us on our way. You can tell this Team worked well together, even the Techs/service department (Andrew) are great! The entire Team was an absolute pleasure to deal with... I'm looking forward to future business with them! Highly recommended!! More

Took two weeks to get vehicle from the day I told them I wanted to purchase then when finally delivered it has an airbag light on. Originally our experience with Union County Kia started out horrible. However, Ed Nordyke truly stepped up in helping to resolve all the issues we had previously with one of their employees. He truly took out horrible. However, Ed Nordyke truly stepped up in helping to resolve all the issues we had previously with one of their employees. He truly took our concerns and frustrations to heart and is rectifying the situation to the best of his abilities. I truly appreciate the swift action from Ed. I will do future business with this dealership as they truly do care about their customers. People make mistakes, and I am glad to say that mistakes can be fixed. Thank you Ed for helping us, especially my disabled husband, to get the results we needed. More
