Buying a car is always stressful, but our experience at Carman was actually fun. Austin and Todd, the general sales manager, were very patient and helped us get into the car we needed. We even got a follow up call from Austin the next day thanking us for our business and to remind us we can always stop by if we should have any questions about "My Ford Touch." All around, a pleasant experience. More

I have always experienced exceptional treatment from everyone I have dealt with. Courteous, friendly, professional dealings from start to finish. Larry Giacchino runs well-managed, professionally staffed auto dealerships, and I am not easily impressed. Gregg Grimaldi is especially outstanding and obviously committed to earning your trust and your repeat business. My family and I have been purchasing vehicles from Carman Ford for over 20 years and just recently I returned to purchase a 2013 Lincoln MKZ. The vehicle is everything I wanted and more. Mr. Giachhino and Ad Ford for over 20 years and just recently I returned to purchase a 2013 Lincoln MKZ. The vehicle is everything I wanted and more. Mr. Giachhino and Adam were so helpful and made the process of purchasing a new vehicle very enjoyable. Adam and Dan explained all of the vehicles features and took the time to make sure the MKZ was the vehicle I truly wanted. Thank you for the great experience! More

I ordered a new modeled 2013 Lincoln MKZ in the Fall of 2012. Due to cricumstances out Carman's the production of the vehicle was delayed. Beginnng withe the professional service set by Larry Giacchino, the team led by Andrew Krueck ,who was very helpful in assisting me with my selection from engine type to color and options. False deadlines were not made and final delivery was made a pleasure with the service provided by Sales consultant Dan Shine. His knowledge of this new vehicle was very impressive and helpful. Business manger Dan Miller was very pleasant and knowledgable in handling the final paperwork. No one on the Carman team made me feel any type of pressure to add upgrades or additional features. I would highly recommend Carman Ford Lincoln to anyone who is considereing purchasing a vehicle. More

It was my first time buying a car at Carman Ford-Lincoln dealership. I was impressed with the great selection, condition and pricing of their used cars. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Adam Johnson was very helpful and patient as I looked at a number of cars. Andrew Krueck and Bob Hepner were great to deal with; they helped us secure pricing, financing and thoroughly explained maintenance options to fit our needs. I was treated with respect and always felt very comfortable in dealing with the staff. It is a credit to Larry Giacchino and his family to put together such a great group of people. I have a 2012 Ford F150 with less than 20,000 miles that would not start towed into their service department early on Thursday. I called to give them the issues that I had with my truck and I was assigned a would not start towed into their service department early on Thursday. I called to give them the issues that I had with my truck and I was assigned a SA right away. I made it very clear to the SA that I would like to be called with an update on my vehicle as soon as possible he said, "no problem, we will get to it right away." Four hours later I started calling them to get an update. After being on hold for 5-10 minutes my SA tells me that they do not know anything yet. Two more hours goes by and still nothing, once again I call and am put on "death hold" and finally the SA gets on the line and tells me that they need the second key for the vehicle. By now it is too late for me to run home and get the extra key for them. I dropped the key off to them around 8 on Friday morning and the person behind the desk said they would call me shortly. Three hours pass and nothing, so once again I call and get put on "death hold" and finally my SA gets on the line and says that they still ahve not figured out the issue but he would call me with an update. Four hours goes by and still nothing so I borrow a friends car and go down to Carman to find out what is going on. Finally I get an answer, the PCM failed in the truck....good news!! They finally figured it out after more than 8 hours of troubleshooting. Bad news....."we probably won't have the part until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week." I told them once again that this was my one and only means of transportation for work and they basically told me "sorry about your luck." The service staff has no sense of urgency on getting repairs done and they could care less whether or not they are putting you in a bad way due to their lack of concern for your situation. It's easy for them they just blame Ford and say, "we can't get the part from Ford, I don't know what to tell you." More
