He worked diligently to get me a great trade in on my BMW and worked out an incredible deal to get me into the new Mercedes. He listened and responded to my requests. He took care of all of the deal and got me in front of the Marc Israel, the Business Manager and got me out the door with very little time on my part. It was an awesome buying experience. He even got me a loaner so I could take care of some business while they got my car ready to go. Exceptional service in days when many dealerships have forget how to take care of customers. More

I was looking to purchase a 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA250. I sent an email and got an almost immediate reply from Larry Chapman. He was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed about the car before I made the 2.5 hour drive down there. He was willing to come in early and have the car ready for me to test drive and he did just that. When I finally got to meet Larry in person he was very professional, courteous and friendly. He did not try to sway me with the tactics typical car salesman use, he just listened and answered my questions. When I decided to purchase the car, he got all his paperwork ready very quickly and sped up to total process. I was at the dealership for a total of two hours!!! That is the fastest I have ever purchased a car! Needless to say I am VERY pleased with the service I got from Larry at Crown Eurocars. He makes the car buying experience painless and enjoyable :) More
