I walked with my sister hoping to see what we could possibly place on our bucket lists for the near future. Fortunately, we were met by Earnest Norman who was not only very professional but very kind, thoughtful and considerate. His customer service was outstanding! He truly made our visit worth while. I didn't expect to have an opportunity to leave with a vehicle that day but not only did he make that happen for me, my sister did as well! Two 2015 Honda Civic's! Sharp!! But, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Glen Smith. He came out to speak with us and share additional knowledge on our purchases which left us with a very comfortable feeling. His professional and considerate manner also let us know that we were in the right place, working with people that were committed in satisfying their customers. Earnest and Glen are a great asset to Napleton River Oaks Honda Dealership. They're the type of people that will have you returning again and again! Thanks for the wonderful experience! .....P.S. He even kept us informed every step of the way so we weren't just waiting...The finance department was very fast and efficient. And the staff was had plenty of knowledge about the car which I was able to retain rather quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership More

Avoid the Sales Department After initially speaking with Larry and then being turned over to Jared Drew (who never even introduced himself), I was told the car I wanted was avai After initially speaking with Larry and then being turned over to Jared Drew (who never even introduced himself), I was told the car I wanted was available at another dealer.Four days of Jared telling numerous stories about the car's availability including being short-staffed with porters to pick up the car led me to his "manager" Ms. Thomas. She informed me that Saturday is their busiest day and they had no time to work with me or do the paperwork to get the car. That same day I went to the other dealer where the car supposedly was in the holding area & found the car didn't exist. I bought a car at the other dealer and would never buy from River Oaks Honda. As a 15 year service customer, I don't trust the sales people at all. More

The quality of service was outstanding from from many dealers and my current purchase from Napleton Honda has been the best experience of them all. Mr. Norman was professional; understood my needs; and worked hard to get me what I wanted. He was very patient too. I was particularly pleased with your service of walking the customer through how the worked hard to get me what I wanted. He was very patient too. I was particularly pleased with your service of walking the customer through how the car operates. I have bought more expensive vehicles and did not get this kind of attention. This may sound strange (and I hope they are few and far between) but I look forward to my maintenance visits. Honda seems to have a great team. Did not want to create an account. Unfortunate I have to in order to submit survey. I would rather not receive offers, etc. More
