Just what we wanted! After my lovely wife wrecked out 530i, we were looking for a replacement. Located a 2011 528i at Tom Willliams. Car had just been traded in at the Lex After my lovely wife wrecked out 530i, we were looking for a replacement. Located a 2011 528i at Tom Willliams. Car had just been traded in at the Lexus dealership across the street, but Larry Carpenter made sure the car was there for us to test drive. It was just what we were looking for and Larry was a breeze to work with. Gave a run-through on the car, which is considerably different from our E60. Had one minor snag in financing, but it was smoothed out quickly. They installed new tires and even delivered the car to us. Plan to buy another car from Larry when get ready for a newer one! More

Search other dealerships before using this dealership My son traded a 2015 Chevrolet camaro ss 1le for a 2010 BME 328i. At the time I thought it was a good buying experience. We were due a refund of 7500 My son traded a 2015 Chevrolet camaro ss 1le for a 2010 BME 328i. At the time I thought it was a good buying experience. We were due a refund of 7500.00 and was told it would take 10 days but no longer than 14 days to receive it, however, that has not been the case. I have tried several times contacting them and no one will return my calls not even the General manager. So the bottom line with this dealership is after they get their sale made they could care less about the buyer. To be a BMW dealership you would think they would be more responsible. I need to purchase another car in June and I promise they will not ever get my business again. So beware buyers!!! More

Prefect Princess treatment I love Tom Williams BMW, Pam called me 5 mins after I did my trade-in appraisal on the Internet. I told her what I wanted to trade me car in for. One hour Later Larry Carpenter called and told me he would be there to help me find the car I wanted at the price I wanted to stay. And they did just that. A week later I drove to Tom Williams because of there excellent Service. And I received the Princess treatment like none other.
