Gus followed through from the beginning to the end. Never felt pressured, always easy and smooth process to the very end. When purchase was completed he was even more attentive - made sure that I am familiar with my car and haven't forgotten anything in trade in. Thanks Gus! Larry is undeterred by any obstacles when it comes to financing, to say at least. It was pleasure to work with him. He is the man to get stuff done. The whole process from selecting a vehicle, discussing price, arranging the paperwork and, ultimately taking a delivery was a very very pleasant one. Seriously good people, seriously good organization and outstanding business culture. Alex Zamakis who I primarily dealt with was as friendly as he was efficient. He has a great deal of customer enthusiasm and does everything with a smile. He is just such a great individual and professional! Robert Page who we discussing the price was friendly and straightforward. I had a very specific Jeep I was looking for (colors/fea I recently purchased a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kelly Jeep. Their staff was great. I had a very specific Jeep I was looking for (colors/features) and within one phone call, I was told they had it on the lot. I was already about to purchase from another dealership, however, they couldn't locate the black on black which I wanted. I went in that afternoon and spoke with Dan Wendt who was great throughout the process. As someone in sales myself, I know what it is like to get a bad "sales guy or girl." Dan took the time to hear what I wanted, let me take a thorough test drive and answered all of my questions in detail. When he didn't know the answer, rather than trying to xx me, he asked another resource and got the answer for me. I have no complaints at all and would absolutely recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a Jeep/Chrysler. More

He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles. We told him were we would like to be price wise, and he came back to us right at our price point. Best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Also, with trading in my Nissan Titan, fantastic trade-in price. Next car purchase, going straight to Kelly Jeep and probably only Kelly Jeep. Rick More

I was in the market for another Jeep Grand Cherokee. I currently have a 1998. I went on line and google Jeep Grand Cherokee Hemi and only one was listed at Kelly Jeep Lynnfield. A 2006 fully loaded with l currently have a 1998. I went on line and google Jeep Grand Cherokee Hemi and only one was listed at Kelly Jeep Lynnfield. A 2006 fully loaded with low mileage. The website gave a photo review of the vehicle inside and out. I immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with Erin. Very pleasant and nice to speak with. Erin arranged a test drive scheduled the next morning. I arrived and met with Larry. We went out to view the vehicle. It was in excellent condition. Blue with the gray interior. I later test drove the vehicle and was sold. Larry was excellent to deal with. Very personable and professional. We had an inside joke that he made a Big Kid Happy. It felt like I was buying my first car all over again. That is quite an accomplishment approaching 60 and retirement. I told Larry I had muscle cars in the early 70's and had to have a Hemi in my Jeep. I couldn't be happier. We then went over to meet Tom to finalize the sale. Tom was excellent to deal with and his professional courtesy treatment made the smooth and easy. I was in my Jeep the next day! My hats off to your Dealership. It was like dealing with good friends. Larry was excellent !! We recently had a car accident and our car was totalled. Larry was so professional and went out of his way to help us lease a new vehicle. I began dealing with Erin through internet sales a couple of weeks before I was able to get to the dealership itself. During that process mot of the ground work was done, we had more or less come to terms on of weeks before I was able to get to the dealership itself. During that process mot of the ground work was done, we had more or less come to terms on a price and all that was left was trade in value of my vehicle and a couple other little face to face negotiations. When the time came for me to go to the dealer I had to cancel and the dealer held the specific vehicle for me until a day I could arrive. I met with Larry Bousbaa and the rest of the negotiation could not have gone better. Although a little short on my trade, we were able to work out a remote start and Kelly met me on all other portions of my negations...Really the process could not have been easier!! More
