I want to thank Kyle Stringfellow for being a true professional. Recently, I had a horrible experience at Camelback Ford with a Service Rep who would not respond to my phone calls or emails for 6 da professional. Recently, I had a horrible experience at Camelback Ford with a Service Rep who would not respond to my phone calls or emails for 6 days after I had my vehicle towed there for service. I had to physically walk into the Camelback Service Center to get the Service Rep to respond to me. It took another week after that, to finally get the vehicle back. I took the vehicle to Kyle Stringfellow at Chapman Ford to complete the repairs. Kyle is very knowledgeable and responsive to questions and the repair timeline. I highly recommend Kyle Stringfellow for all your Ford service needs. I was also able to use the new SunBit financing option. It is a great feature to spread the cost of the repairs out over a period of time. More
