Kyle helped us and he was AMAZING! I would recommend him to family and friends. He was not pushy like all the sales people we had seen for the past week. sent a email to Bob Moore Dodge , about a new ram 4x4 that I was interested in, salesman sent me a email and asked if I would be interested in a different truck. I replied back no , that is the one I wan that I was interested in, salesman sent me a email and asked if I would be interested in a different truck. I replied back no , that is the one I want to look at. 2-3 weeks later I get another email from a different salesman asking me if I wanted to come look at that truck? i explained to him I understood it was not available from his salesman and forwarded email sent to me. In the meantime I had purchased a Ram from another dealer. Then a week or two later another salesman from Bob Moore sent me another email wanting me to look at the truck, I explained again I had purchased a Ram from another dealer. If Bob Moore first salesman had told me the truck was available I would have purchased it, and not had to drive 100 miles to get another one with the features I wanted. Not impressed at all with them. More

Cool salesmen (Kyle), super laid back and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Finance department was the same way! The selection of vehicle I was looking for was slim but it is nation wide right now. I d exactly what we wanted. Finance department was the same way! Not only great pricing, but superb customer service! I had a wonderful buying experience dealing with my salesman Kyle and with the finance rep Rob. Both are down to earth, really good guys. It was like b had a wonderful buying experience dealing with my salesman Kyle and with the finance rep Rob. Both are down to earth, really good guys. It was like buying a car from a couple of friends. There was no pressure whatsoever. This was the smoothest, easiest new car purchase I ever made. I'll definitely be going back to Bob Moore the next time I purchase a new car. Bob Moore as a company is "doing it right!" I wish all dealerships were like Bob Moore. More

100% Satisfied. I wrote a review about the service Dept., a few weeks ago. After working with the Service Manager Jeff he was able to explain my situation to the Gene I wrote a review about the service Dept., a few weeks ago. After working with the Service Manager Jeff he was able to explain my situation to the General Manager who rectified the situation by agreeing to fix the Truck I purchased 4 weeks ago at no charge.. I am so elated at this point, Sometimes it just takes a little communication to resolve issues. Jimmy G went above an beyond what he had to do & he never told me he was going to bat for me, which is awesome! Jimmy C the General Manager was Awesome for listening and taking into consideration my unfortunate situation. I will continue to recommend BOB MOORE to friends and Family...There is nothing like Honesty & Integrity... Doing the right thing even when no one is looking. More
