Although I had a 7:50 am appointment, it took 3 hours and 20 minutes to have a new tire put on. I waited an hour and a half before anyone even consulted me. The next day I received several emails from Bran 20 minutes to have a new tire put on. I waited an hour and a half before anyone even consulted me. The Service Team were awesome!! I was asked probably times if I had been helped, and I had but the notice is the important part!
