I should add that the $499 Admin Fee (which appears to be arbitrary) completely wiped out the $500 Veterans discount you had allowed us. Not so good, Lou Fusz. (My husband has 2o years in and a Purple Heart) but we were too tired to confront the delightful Admin lady - at that stage and the "arbitrary" part of the final form that we needed to sign. We may love the car but we confess there was a significant taste of resentment about that last minute "ambush" of the Admin Fee of $499 - plus $5!
