I'm pissed because the name I put on the financial form was not the name put into the computer. I guess the guy thought he knew my name better than me. Now I have a checking account opened in the wrong nam was not the name put into the computer. I guess the guy thought he knew my name better than me. Now I have a checking account opened in the wrong name. I haven't received paperwork on the car loan yet but I bet it's in the wrong name too. This was not the name on all the paperwork I signed so it pisses me off that this happened. All the guy had to do was take 10 seconds to verify my name instead of changing it. They also asked for my ID after the information was already entered in the system. The sales guy told me that the guy thought I didn't write my full name so he changed it. I'm not happy about it. Kyle was and is a fantastic salesman! Without meeting me face to face, he found the vehicle I wanted and did everything he could to facilitate getting it for me. He kept me in the loop with text messages the whole time. The car arrived at the dealership sooner than we expected. When I arrived at Gatorland Toyota, my brand new blue Rav4 hybrid was polished, and all set up waiting for me to take it for a drive. Kyle pointed out some special features that I was unfamiliar with and set my phone up to coordinate with the navigation system. The financing, trade-in and transferring of the tag and setting up the auto insurance went without a hitch. I couldn't have been more pleased. Kyle is diligent, cooperative, friendly, affable, efficient, and responsible. He took care of me as though I was a queen, and I truly appreciated his 5-star efforts. You can't go wrong by choosing him as your salesperson. About my car-it is incredible! It does everything for me except drive. The features: cruise control, mitigation, lane departure system, cameras, navigation system, sound system, and all the other features and dashboard controls as well as the seating and storage compartments are perfect! The warranty, maintenance package and protection package warranties are and added perk! Toyota has really done an outstanding job perfecting this vehicle AND it's a hybrid. I expect to have safe, comfortable and efficient driving for several years. Thank you, Kyle & Toyota! You have done an incredible job and I am hard to please. More

Sales person (Kyle) was great to work with. I had a few hiccups from other departments. There was a broken handle & the repair shop wouldn’t look at it for over an hour, even though we were the I had a few hiccups from other departments. There was a broken handle & the repair shop wouldn’t look at it for over an hour, even though we were there in an emergency situation. Had to escalate to sales & service management. Also, finance person didn’t tell me about credit card 3% charge for the down payment, so we had to cancel the charge & start over. More
