The staff was professional and courteous. The waiting area was clean and easy to use for remote work. However, a few more outlets would be a good addition. This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The seller did not allow us to explore options we were interested in, was rude and condescending, had no information or interest in finding answers t The seller did not allow us to explore options we were interested in, was rude and condescending, had no information or interest in finding answers to our questions, pressured us into a sale on a vehicle that ended up being in such bad shape I had to return it. I was refused previous owner/Carfax information. The mechanics claimed there was no way to know that the car wasn't functioning, but it was clear they just cleared the codes on the car and hoped it would last until the return window closed. They offered to fix the car, likely at my own expense. Now that all is said and done I get multiple phone calls a day from their marketing about my "new car" and despite me asking to be removed from their call list, I haven't been. I will never shop with Walser again, they don't care about the safety of their customers and don't care about helping them purchase a vehicle that will work for them. It's all about a quick sale. The Burnsville location should be shut down with the amount of complaints they get, I just wish I would have listened before I made the mistake of buying there. More
