I had an oil change and tire rotation yesterday morning. In the evening I turned on my A/C and it is making a thunking sound like the fan has been loosened from its designated home. So now I have to make AN In the evening I turned on my A/C and it is making a thunking sound like the fan has been loosened from its designated home. So now I have to make ANOTHER appointment to get that fixed. Last week the battery died and I had to bring it in to be replaced. Why couldn’t the technician check that I was going to need maintenance within 10 miles. This will be my 3rd appointment in less than 2 weeks. I’m not happy. More
