I was a bit upset when signing paperwork and paying for my vehicle that there was an additional charge for a theft deterrent that hadn't been discussed or mentioned prior to signing the paperwork. I asked my vehicle that there was an additional charge for a theft deterrent that hadn't been discussed or mentioned prior to signing the paperwork. I asked about the charge and was told it was standard procedure to permanently "mark" certain components of the vehicle as a theft deterrent. No other information was provided. At this point I have no idea whether I was charged for something that was or was not actually done. There was no list of marked components for me or a service provider to verify with. More

The vehicle I traded in for the one I just bought was absolutely a great SUV. And I bought it from the same dealership that I just purchased this newer SUV. But. After having the newer SUV home for just absolutely a great SUV. And I bought it from the same dealership that I just purchased this newer SUV. But. After having the newer SUV home for just one day the check engine light came on and the trucks transition is slipping and not shifting normally. I believe someone knew about this and with held this from me. Letting me spend my very hard earned money on a vehicle that needs transition work.
