My wife and I stopped by the dealership on a Monday night to look at a used Accord. We were met by Kurt who was very helpful and not pushy at all. I really liked that Kurt was so down-to-earth and really worked to help me find the right car for me. He was very considerate of my situation and didn't do the "pushy" thing at all. I have bought a number of used cars, but I have never had as good of service as I did with Kurt at Mungenast Honda. He was very friendly, willing to work with me, and helped out as much as he could. The thing I'm most impressed with is that Kurt personally delivered new floor mats to me at work. As a bonus, Kurt displayed a sense of humor and was just fun to work with. The staff at Mungenast truly make an effort to serve and satisfy their customers. Even when we ran across a glitch with the title documents, the staff worked to efficiently remedy the matter. I would certainly recommend the Mungenast dealership to anyone looking for a Honda! More
