I did it all over the phone. They were friendly, transparent and responsive. And they delivered the car to me in Atlanta. I then set up an appointment to view and test drive the car. Arrived at the dealership on Friday about noon and was greeted by the Kurt and Gena. They we’re very professional and friendly. We did make a deal on a certified used car. The buying experience overall was great.I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to give the team at Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham a opportunity to make a great deal. More
