My overall experience with Muller Honda was pleasant, productive and in the end I have a great car. My salesperson, Kurt Kim, was knowledgable, communicative and very helpful (a great sense of humor too productive and in the end I have a great car. Base on my experience, normal sales g I bought a brand new 2012 Odyssey Ex. I can't even expect what Kurt did. He was so friendly, kind and honest. Reason being, they have a very professional staff, right from the receptionist to the sales consultant to the Manager. They let me drive they're brand new Accord with my family by myself. I purchased my first Honda Accord at Muller six years ago. It was wonderful experience. The staff emailed me all the information I needed to make an informed decision, no playing games, no hiding. They totally lived up the promise to eliminate much of the hassle traditionally associated with car sales. Muller is so different and stand head and shoulder above so many other car dealers full of pushy and annoying salesmanship. I was so glad to find out that the culture didn't change a bit after six years and it's only getting better. Kurt Kim was the main person serving me this time. Again we worked out all the numbers over the phone and emails before I even stepped into the door. I did my homework beforehand on current Honda incentives and market price. Kurt gave me all the details I asked, which was consistent with my own research. Kurt went out of his way to put together the best package for me. I was shocked to find out his offer was 12% below the best offer I can find somewhere else, which I had to twist arms and bargain hard for. It was such hassle-free experience! I walked in with confidence that I was dealing with honest hard-working professionals and I was getting a great deal. The paperwork progress was very smooth. Gary in the Finance Department and Kurt worked hard to push paperwork very quickly and professionally. It was late and near the close time when everything was done. Kurt still took time explaining to us every single features of our new 2012 Honda Accord. This is what professional sales should be. Thanks Muller and Kurt setting up such excellent standard! Am very pleased with the dealership. Our vehicle was not at the dealership when we inked the deal and they provided us with service loaners until the car arrived. One time the salesman even came to our hous at the dealership when we inked the deal and they provided us with service loaners until the car arrived. One time the salesman even came to our house to pick us up so we could get the loaner from them. Vehicle was just as promised and ready when they promised. Wasn't the least expensive of the prices but was treated with a great deal of respect - didn't try to sell us unnecessary add-ons. Kurt Kim, our salesman, was very well versed about the vehicle and was able to explain and/or demonstrate the features of the vehicle. Allowed us to really kick the tires, pulling out the seats, and so forth. Showed my wife a lot of respect and patience - key to us buying from this dealership. More
