I have been with Coral Springs Honda since 2010. I bought my first Honda Accord. I was hit so hard at a light because the driver was texting!!!! I’m usually driving alone. I love the pick up at a light. I like everything about it. Hoping one day they will also have a Civic Sport Convertible!!! More

Who would ever know I would be dropping off my Honda for repairs quite often. I wish I could rely on them for being located near where I live, but if you need to drop off your car for any service, even warr repairs quite often. I wish I could rely on them for being located near where I live, but if you need to drop off your car for any service, even warranty services (whether your car is a month old or not), they will give you mixed answers on courtesy loaners. First of all, they will make you pay money out of your pocket for their local rental. That wouldn’t be a bad idea if you wouldn’t have to drop your car off several times for the same issue. Also, it’s very difficult to reach out to Management or Customer service in order to get assistance from them. You’ll be better off dropping it off at Weston. I now have to find time to drop off my car once again. It has been 2 months and not a single soul from the dealer has called be to follow up. That shows how little concerned they are. I AM HUGELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM. More
