Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of your experience at the Klaben Body Shop. Our goal is to always exceed the expectations of our customers, and it appears we failed to do that. I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me via a phone call and for providing further insight into your experience. We’re also looking forward to seeing you next week so we may address any outstanding concerns.
